Construction Defect Attorneys
At Lerner & Weiss, we have a long history of helping contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, home and property owners with construction defect issues. Some defects are minor and can be resolved fairly quickly. Other defects are more serious. It is possible for a construction defect to go undetected for years.
We represent clients on either side of construction defect claims and are here to help you resolve your construction dispute quickly and effectively. For builders, allegations of construction defects slow down work and cost money. For property owners, failing to assert your rights can lead to substantial investment losses.
