Maria Insixiengmay is an associate attorney at the firm of Lerner & Weiss. Ms. Insixiengmay has extensive experience in litigation and in particular law and motion practice, including appellate matters. Her background includes complex business litigation, property title, landlord/tenant disputes, contract, and professional malpractice defense.
Her recent accomplishments include a favorable dismissal of two clients in what was a malicious action brought to renegotiate a prior contract. After dismissal, Ms. Insixiengmay prepared a winning motion for a sizable attorney’s fee award. Other accomplishments include a judgment over $800,000 against multiple defendants. She has conducted three default judgment prove-up hearings quieting title in favor of insured property owners.
